All discs, with the exception of those which are factory sealed, are checked for visual and playing defects before being shipped.

If you find that a disc is defective a full refund will be given - this includes your original postage and the cost of returning the item to me. A return authorisation will be needed from me before returning any item - please email me.

As track listings are available on request I am unable to accept an item for return because it was thought that a certain track or mix may be on the disc purchased. To request a track listing please click here .

Enhanced CD singles require specific PC system requirements please check that your PC has those requirements before ordering. Discs will not be accepted for return just because the video doesn't display correctly.
